Through coaching we work with you to increase confidence, motivation, direction, and put in place specific actions to reach desired goals, while guiding and supporting new behaviours and tools so you develop successful attitudes and strategies.

Programme will consist of approximately 1½ hours per week for 8 weeks at $40.00 plus GST per person per each coaching session
